@wowaname For most people thats probably true. For people who struggle to loose weight it isnt always that easy though. If you need to diet and what diet works best is often a very personal thing. Everyone tends to operate different in that regard.

Personally I love keto diets (as many others do) because once in ketosis it eliminates all sense of hunger. So it makes dieting so much easier since you dont get the cravings.
