Today's dinner. Cheese stuffed beef (goat and young Dutch farmers cheese) and then some homemade Mac and cheese with 4 cheeses (young farmer, old farmer, goat, cheddar) and a no carb, no calorie pasta. Literally the best Mac and cheese I ever ate or made.
Best yet. This is DIET food. The whole meal has 3 carbs and almost all of our days calories is this one meal. To eat like this and say I still rocked the diet with really low calorie count is pretty damn epic. 35 lbs lost eating this stuff!
@rbe_expert Because the calroies for the entire day was probably somewhere around 1000 calories as a result (+/- 200). Thats extremely low for what is expected in a day.
