I'm making some no-carb bread right now. Not only is it the first no-carb bread I've ever made, its the first time I ever tried to make home made bread of any kind. This should be interesting, looks good so far! It's in the oven, 70 minutes and we will have a verdict!

@hinterwaeldler It is german style bread, so no yeast, very dense, lots of seeds. It is basically flax seed flour, an assortment of whole or crushed seeds, some powdered seed husks (for fiber), salt and some egg whites.

You could probably make it work with less seeds and some yeast if you wanted a more traditional bread but I never tried it so i cant say for sure.

It is pretty much made up of just a bunch of protein and fiber and a negligible amount of carbs (less than a gram in a loaf).
