I'm making some no-carb bread right now. Not only is it the first no-carb bread I've ever made, its the first time I ever tried to make home made bread of any kind. This should be interesting, looks good so far! It's in the oven, 70 minutes and we will have a verdict!

@freemo how did it turn out? I've toyed with a couple of recipes but never found one that wasn't a) too much work/cost, or b) too error prone.

@gentoorebel First one I burned but it was due to me misunderstanding the settings on my oven (I put microwave and oven on at the same time). Second ones came out nice. They are very dense so better suited for some things over others. For example it would make amazing toast, but way too dense to use as a bun for a hamburger. Would also make great crackers, might even work on a sandwich if sliced thin.

@gentoorebel Well I'm still working on perfecting it. I started with a pre-packed mix (from dr almond). But its basically just nuts, flax seed flour, some fiber powder, water, and egg whites.
