By the way for the record this is how I and other admins (you know the racists you keep talking about) have greeted every single minority or LGBT person who has joined us (and we have a HUGE community here of both).

You have a person (a minority in this case but that isnt relevant) who attempted to promote a message of acceptance of all races, who has a track history of going out of his way to welcome minorities and the LGBT, etc.
As a result of this that person (me obviously) is then attacked, called a racist, and generally treated pretty shitty.
If this is how people who behave the way I did, with intentions to do good, and with a concern for racism are treated, what do you think the effect will be?
Obviously the result is you take the people fighting for your cause and you make them enemeies. You give them something to be hateful about, a cause. The end result is you STRENGTHEN the racist agenda. Not only is that self defeating but its also pretty damn reckless.
