@Demo318 I think the whole society vs biology discussion is very hard to speculate on, just too hard to test. I'm also not sure it is even important. See discrimination, try to end it. I dont think percentage of women in STEM being 50% is the measure of success either. Success means no discrimination and if that is the case the numbers be damned.
