I got to say, memrise is lot better for the speaking portion of French.

@freemo I was wanting to learn Dutch and French, partially because at the time I was wanting to do a conlang, for a fantasy novella that's set on an island between the UK and Breton, that was colonized by the Dutch. It's a fictionalized island that had only surfaced over the two hundred years.
@freemo I was actually a little more afraid of learning French, but evidently not every French person is parisienne.
