That would be great if it were true. Of course it completely ignores the established science of intersex people who clearly are something other than "one of two sexes".
Of course in typical fashion it is also naive to the point. The number of sexes there are has nothing at all to do with a person who is changing their sex from one to the other through surgery.
It is further naive as a pointless republican talking point since it exerts willful ignorance of the historic difference between Gender (what we use in language to refer to someone outside of medical context) and Sex (usually only used when talking medically, or in very close interpersonal relationships where it might be normal to reference your partners genitalia).
