@dansup This statement is confusing to me on a few counts

1) Who or what is Pleroma here? We all know it is a piece of software, but it is not a person, I dont even think its an organization. Are you saying this to all the people and organizations that use the software, or to the people who donate their time to write it or what?

2) You cant legally put something in a public space and declare it private and confidential. Perhaps what you meant to say is that you retain the copyright on all your material and do not give permission to reproduce. That would be valid and your right, but it does not guarantee you confidentiality or privacy.

3) even if all of this was legally valid how would you expect this to work? You cant just make a statement in a black void and see it as a personal EULA. If pleroma did decide to take your info unless you put a copyright notice like this directly attached to it how would they ever even see it or know this statement was made.
