@alexa@fedi.absturztau.be Gab does not enforce ban evasion policy. As such Gab would be eligible to join the federation in the first place. If Gab agreed to follow the rules of the federation then no one int he federation would be allowed to block gab at an instance level. But since gab is unlikely to ever take a stance against ban evasion they are unlikely to ever be allowed into such a federation.
