Lets all hope Bernie doesn't get past the primaries, but if he does he will be destroyed. Best way to guarantee Trump will win. I know Bernie is the last candidate I would ever vote for, and this coming from someone who hates Trump

@pthenq1 What thats a horrible view! Healthy and education are crucial. Its one reason we cant really support Bernie, his Healthcare plans are horrific and he didnt learn from the mistakes of Obamacare (a big reason I had to flee the USA for the Netherlands).
As for education, thats one area bernie isnt too far off on, education absolutely should be cheaper, I'd say even free. But under bernie there would be no money left to pay for such education so we would, sadly, be far worse off despite the good intents.

If USA wants to really win the race with China, we will need millions of engineers and PhDs. Just that means free education for the people.
Health care should be based in some kind of tax like European countries.
I do not understand how Bernie could not achieve those goals. He is the only one bold to propose them.
@pthenq1 I agree in terms of education, I have always been a big supporter of free education for all at every level.
Thing is Bernie's approach is to attack the wealth generation of the country, demonize it, and ultimately tax it out of existance, almost intentionally so. So the only result will be no money to pay for any of it.
As for health, the european is very broken, something i realized since I moved here. It is **not** what we should be modeling the USA system after considering its abysmal state. With that said Obamacare is even worse, as is Bernie's plans for healthcare int he future. The pre-obamacare healthcare in america was at least better than europe but it too was woefully flawed.
Sadly the solution to healthcare isnt that simple, both sides have failed at solving that problem. There are good legitimate solutions and we can get into what those are if you wish, but lets not look to failed programs in other countries just because our current system isnt working either.
