@realcaseyrollins Its not odd, breaking the habit might be helpful for yourself and perhaps how others respond. But I'd say its ok to not try to resolve it either.
I think the bigger issue is, if you feel shame about that part of you, why? Is it appropriate to feel shame, if not perhaps that should be resolved, eliminate the shame rather than how you respond to the shame.
@freemo A lot of it is when I'm discussing a personal character flaw or how I've mishandled situations in the past. Or even am mishandling things currently
