@freemo Good thing I am doing the low-carb thing instead of no-carb. So there is some flexibility for me. Despite that I have been at it for a month (and that is without the daily exercise I have been missing due to lockdown).
@xyfdi yea low-carb is way easier, and still a pretty healthy choice for sure :)
