So I just ordered pig ears from a restaurant for the first time in my life. This will be interesting...
@freemo Curious, how were they? I've never seen them on a menu in a restaurant before. I used to buy the dried kind at the pet store for the dogs.

@thedonnerd well they werent like the ones I see in jars that are whole. They were sliced into extremely thin slices. So I'm not sure how typical the texture or taste was. That said they tasted like bacon with a bit less flavor and not particularly fatty. I think the sauce was doing all the heavy lifting. Not bad how it was prepared at lease.
