Just a reminder, bread is made from wheat, wheat is a plant, therefore bread is a vegetable. Also French fries and corn chips are also vegetables.

@codepuppy Technically fruit isnt seeds, though fruit often has seeds inside. An apple isnt an apple seed.

@codepuppy Wheat are a type of fruit, as are all kernels (like corn), but seeds are not fruit in general is what I should have said.

So it only applies to that which is made of the seed *and* the bran.
So whole wheat bread is a fruit, but white bread is a vegetable! \:D/
