Man on my vacation i had so many problems on the mountain with my damn antenna and just didnt bring enough tools with me to hack it. Now that I am back home I can do some testing and figure out what went wrong at least.

It was very strange. I was using an end-loaded antenna and according to my Nano VNA the only thing that effected the resonance was the coil. Adjusting the antenna length on any frequency had no effect, the resonance wouldnt shift by even a single KHz.

Now just to be clear i made a major mistake and didnt bring the calibration connections for my NanoVNA. SoI could have just been getting bad readings, I'll find out soon. But either way I spent all day on a mountain top and only got one brief contact (mostly out of luck) and they were trolls I think, either that or they legit couldnt hear me
