How much less likely are you to spread covid-19 if you're vaccinated?

People who are fully vaccinated against covid-19 are far less likely to infect others, despite the the delta variant, several studies show. The findings refute the idea, which has become common in antivax circles, that vaccines no longer do much to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

@Some_Emo_Chick Attachs is from a study showing the viral load in individuals who are vaccinated vs not vaccinated who get a breakthrough infection comparing delta vs alpha strain. Bear in mind delta is 98%+ prevelance.

@Some_Emo_Chick It was from an earlier discussion so I dont still have the source on hand. I need to either dig up that discussion or find the source again. Let me see if I can find it, asking for the source is a good ask of course so I'd like to find it.

Note that these results come from about half a dozen separate studies that agree so I can atleast find you a few different studies that provide similar results if you git me a bit to find them again.

@Some_Emo_Chick I marked it as sensative. Not a CW but the images should be blurred now by default. Did it work for you? I cant seem to make it CW after its posted though.

@freemo No change on my end. I think you need to delete and redraft to mark it sensitive.

@Some_Emo_Chick oops I think we got our threads crossed, lol. This was meant for my ear wax thread :)
