@pthenq1 Thats rather absurd reasoning considering the people he shot were literally trying to kill him (or at a minimum assault him)... he ran, tried to avoid the fight at every turn, and they chased him screamed they were going to kill him and even threw things at him as they chased him.
When you violently asssault or attempt to kill someone you loose the right to protection against being shot at, period.
One person even held a handgun up to his head at one point. But apparently because he shot someone who was about to shoot him, when he didnt initiate it, that makes him guilty.
