Kyle Rittennhouse is...

PS I want to hear what you think, not what you think the jury will decide.

@freemo
Mega guilty. He shot his weapons. That's it.

He should not shoot his weapons. He did. He killed people, therefore he is guilty.

@pthenq1 Thats rather absurd reasoning considering the people he shot were literally trying to kill him (or at a minimum assault him)... he ran, tried to avoid the fight at every turn, and they chased him screamed they were going to kill him and even threw things at him as they chased him.

When you violently asssault or attempt to kill someone you loose the right to protection against being shot at, period.

One person even held a handgun up to his head at one point. But apparently because he shot someone who was about to shoot him, when he didnt initiate it, that makes him guilty.

Yea ok buddy, your logic needs a lot of work.

@freemo
He is guilty of killing a person (or several).

Then there are the details. They are being pondered in a court with evidence.

I think what you are thinking is on the sentence.

He is guilty of killing people though.

Follow

@pthenq1 he is guilty of killing people in self-defense... yes this is true, which is perfectly legal, moral and to be expected... thats like saying "he is guilty of being a hero"

@freemo
I do not know. Armstrong (the astronaut or the Jazz musician) are heroes.

He was killing Americans, being American... no sure if that is my definition of hero.

@pthenq1 killing people who are trying to kill others, especially when your acting as a medic up until that point... yea id say thats kinda heroic.

@freemo
I think the court and the system are giving him a lot of opportunities to defend himself.

We will see.

He seems to killed people though. Of that he is guilty.

We will see about the sentence.

@pthenq1 yes he is guilty of killing people who were attempting to commit murder and saved a life (his own)... again I am ok with that.
