Indeed. If the admin doesnt take action, given the clear and admitted case of ban evasion, then defederation will be the result from QOTO's end. We have only ever had to defederate from one server for ban evasion. IF the admin at your instance doesnt act then your server will in fact be the second.
@freemo @ChristiJunior @admin Why don't you report him to the admin *first* and if and when said admin fails to respond or gives a negative response *then* up the ante with a defederation threat? Seems like the polite and neighbourly thing to do to me.

This is exactly what I did and said I did. I reported him, said we will wait on admins response, and if he does not the end result is defederation.
