Just a reminder the word victim has been banned in court cases around the country for well over a decade now.

Right but presumption of innocence means you kind of have to take the defendants word for it. Wouldn’t you say?

It means the onus is on the accuser yes, so that means without evidence the defendant has the benefit of the doubt. As it should be
