@realcaseyrollins: sadly I've heard that at least where I live the police know about this stuff but they won't arrest them because of lack of ressources. They priorize those who have had complaints on them.

@louisrcouture i wouldnt loose any sleep if they were blocked, presuming the accusation is true. My only concern is I would want to verify the claim myself rather than take a moderator's word for it from another instance.
