@luke It seems as though then the original supposition is reversed. The original title that mentioned a bomb was trying to drive the focus away from gun violence when gun violence really is the more relevant aspect here.

New York has some of the most strict gun laws in the country and some of the most violent crime.
When I read this article I was more offended by the terrible web design that made it hard to read than any kind of framing.
