@freemo@Hyolobrika@MercurialBlack I don't know. I think coffee has lots of antioxidants and caffeine even has neuroprotectant properties. Also the half life is only 6 hours so if you don't drink it too close to bed it usually doesn't have much effect. Some people are more sensitive, but the amino acid thianine which can be found in green tea is supposed to help smooth that out.
