@freemo The only 3-point sling I've ever liked is the one for my AK-pattern. I never got the hang of the one I was issued for my M16 in Iraq. That's why I just got a standard mil-issue 2-point for my AR-pattern.

@ihavenopeopleskills I suspect the learning curve, rather than the functionality is a large part of it.
Also to be fair military tend to wear big helmets with lots of stuff you can snag on. So I see it being more an issue for the military than it would be for someone in civilians clothes.
