What people think getting investment and owning a company looks like:
Pay is huge
Everyone else does the work for you
Never need to work overtime
What it really looks like:
Working for free for the first year or two
You work 100 hour weeks, and need to work every day
Spend most of your time training and mentoring employees to give them marketable job skills (and giving them raises before you even get paid)

Yeah, I've noticed people are jealous of rich people, but they don't want passionately work 18 hours daily 8 days a week
I'm kind of admire my boss, dude starts with first shift and often stays here when i'm leaving after my second shift
So yeah, I'm not really into this life style
