Just a general PSA, I’m not gonna debate about feeding children. This is not a thought experiment. Anyone treating it that way will be blocked.

@freemo 100%! I’m just yelling about kids specifically today because of my awful state government. NO ONE should go hungry. EVERYONE should have enough to eat, clean water, a safe place to live, etc

@freemo Actually Kristi Noem (governor) turned down federal funding for school lunches, then state legislature voted down expanding the lunch program due to lack of money
Shame, I wonder why he turned down the federal funding? Biden probably had some sort of outrageous conditions on it I suspect, ill have to look it up and read about it. Best of luck getting those kids taken care of. Let me know if i can help.
Yea I dont know what the conditions are, if any. But if there are then shame on Biden for putting barriers between kids. If there were none then shame on your governor for rejecting it with no reason.
@freemo No idea if there were conditions but she could have been being petty 🤷♀️ I feel like even if there was good reason to turn down the federal funds, we should have found a way to make feeding kids a priority
