Was the racial purge the orange guy who has a history of disliking brown people? Or the senile guy who literally spent a decade of his career trying to fight to keep segregation alive because he didnt want his white child to go to school with other minorities in a "racial jungle" (his words)?

I think you're using the word "racist" loosely, wrt. both presidents. But the word is losing all meaning, so go ahead I guess.
That seems highly unlikely given that it was coordinated between seperate properties of his, and was reported and Trump took no action.
What evidence do you have that some conspiracy was in place to lie and manipulate Trump so he couldnt/wouldnt be aware of massive racism taking place unilaterally across all his properties? Honestly considering it was in the news at the time I cant see how he couldnt have known.

Ok so you just showed you didnt even bother reading the source material or have any understanding of the case... yet you seemed to drawn a conclusion anyway, thats troubling.
There was a whole system in place between upper management, coming directly fromt he top, to exclude colored people. They had a special paper they would attach to applications with coded messages (C means Colored in the upper right corner).
This coding would be used and coordinated across the entire organization to ensure blacks would be explicitly excluded.
How in the world can you go from that (and similar evidence) and explain that away as a few rogue racist agents, that makes no sense.
