I absolutely am. So far I've hired 3 out of the 15 positions and I am expected about 2 more people from my pipeline will likely make it through to hiring. So about 10 positions left.

Keep in mind this hiring is over 9 months, we are ahead of schedule on the jr level, behind a bit at intermediate, and on track on senior for Dev... for data scientist we are slightly behind. So some of these are immediate hires and some spread over the next months, but all hires are funded and actively hiring for.

Ahh just seeing now this is a reply... Webdev on the front end we wont need in the immediate future (thats like 6 months out), backend, yea we are hiring those now. The JD covers the details.

Also might want to suggest to them to use the #fedihire hashtag, I have had a lot of success with it and it is the only way for non-followers to find posts like this. So can be very helpful.
