Indeed his reaction to the war there exemplifies his immorality and racism, but it is hardly limited to that.

If we were talkign about just some passing decision that has a slight racist tinge to it, sure. But we are talking about a man who centered his entire career around this racism, has said explicitly racist thigns, and has continued to be either explicitly racist or clearly a racist in stealth since then (he doesnt hide it well).

I suppose it's the main problem now. Taking in account overall political landscape, it isn't a big deal if a person supported some racist shit 50 years ago. United states anyway never had a perfectly reasonable candidate that isn't racist or imperialist or whatever else evil nuthead 🤷♀️
