@black6 By building and maintain the roads you needed to do the tasks required of you to get that bonus. Not to mention the running water and sewage that kept you alive.
@freemo That's all my municipal taxes, which I'm not unhappy about paying.
@black6 So you dont use any highways to get to work or to facilitate that bonus? Interstate highways are paid for federally, even if you dont use them to cross state borders as an individual.
