I wonder what land mass (counting all contiguous land up to the ocean" has the highest ratio of peak height to surface area. I would venture a guess maybe one of the hawaiian islands.

@allanwolfe switzerland is not a contiguous land mass. You would be referencing all of Europe Russia, most of the east, and even Africa with that.

Contigous implies all land you can get to from that point without crossing a ocean/sea

@freemo pretty sure there are some sea stacks that would win this. A foot across and meters high

That very well could be. I am actually kinda curious just how well this idea scales to both extremes.
