There is absolutely a very small minority of the religious community that would probably be ok outlawing condoms. But its a huge leap to go from that to suggest the majority of the GOP would push for that if given the chance. I highly doubt the majority of the current GOP would vote to outlaw condoms if given the chance right now.
True, the GOP is ok with a rapist and the Dems are ok with a creepy old dude who touches little girls on stage inappropriately (such as holding their arm as they try to get away as he sniffs their hair)... Neither Biden nor Trump is anything people will look back on and judge us favorably for.

🤷 Don't know about the different crazy sects that are popular in the USA, but as I remember my religion instruction in school, it's e.g. Catholic doctrine, all forms of contraception are forbidden and a sin.
But then I'm a fallen Catholic, only on the rolls for the social aspects, pay my church tax, visit the church nowadays, usually only for funerals.

And while condoms might slide, so to speak, female hormonal contraceptives are the ones on the block, because it's 'promiscuous women' (or any in charge of their own bodies) they're targeting. It will be under the guise of potential abortifacient elements of the methods.
I think you will see them do what they always do, allow the ibsurance and employeers to deny coberibg female contraseptive. I dont think the gop has any desire to outlaw you being able to buy it with your own money.
Not saying i agree with them though, i think contraception shoukd be free.

Most people, even MOST conservatives want the three exceptions for abortion. Even trump does. Vance doesn't. Johnson doesn't. That's how close to power the fruitcakes are.
