@chris I mean, there is no doubt with skin and bones you will get a juicier cut due to all the fat.. that said, not every meal needs a fatty cut. If im making, say blackened chicken the skin is a downgrade.

@freemo I totally agree with that I just have been relegated to throwing a vat of chicken flesh into the instant pot from a frozen block so blackening and crisping and seasoning and all that other kind of stuff and I'll be honest with you I end up being disgusted when I'm left with lots of Grizzle and Bone and it makes me not want to cook it again so I'm a p**** I am a trained white meat chicken breast p**** who is trying to adapt to a dark meat world.

@chris @freemo No, I'm a chicken p****... I have no problem shoving my bare arm into the chest cavity of a deer to cut it's esophagus and rip out it's organs but raw chicken, in any form, gives me the creeps...
