This can be difficult in system (a systematic pattern made over time by flawed people) that has been regularly designed to ignore, cut out or invalidate people.

And it makes it that much harder for others to see the point of doing differently or use anything 'strange' to the 'system'. Even to just follow good is the pattern is good. When the system doesn't support it ( deliberately / habitually ) then doesn't involve humanity in it's equation and we can't expect anyone to do it aside from our self and start to domino effects or plant seeds of ways that are measurably good.
