Easy to say but the main point is not hard work as in physical labour but the mental contribution and 'leg-work' before and during everything.

Exhausting... but still the eventual gold we need to share.

It's hard to say "Peace comes from Hard Work" if you're already quite inside privileged conditions and literally have gold already but this is more about the mind work together rich or poor... and measurable quality of thinking.

The hard work is still there in poverty and privilege if thinking is not done by one's self and with others in whatever way possible...

To communicate in a way that builds or even imagines something more than the hole money leaves behind (extraction) and cheapens every day (banking)...

To at least re-imagine it in your mind every day... what can I do.... to keep rebuilding that in your mind even if your working hard in the physical industrial sense... still thinking how to drop seeds of healthy wherever you go, whatever you do....
