As a human it's nice when people draw lines, especially as they come to feeling them. but still being open to talking about it and explaining a bit how it feels so at least it's better understood and not laying the law.
This helps being not too distant and misunderstood while knowing people being the main thing (even more than just wrong or right sometimes).
