Website Blocking example vs. Tiny Notice message...

LEFT SIDE = ULTIMATUM
(RESULT: STOPS BROWSING)

RIGHT SIDE = NOTICE TO USER (RESULT: ALLOWS BROWSING WITH NOTICE)....

With older browsers or forks this blocking is becoming popular encouraging people to upgrade when not really needed at all / can still run the site or just needs warming it's 99% ok just not 100% which many sites are (just pictures and text, or at worst some pics or something missing)

While it does help me browse less sites (I just leave or send them this screenshot) I would prefer just a notice in my browser (the right side) AND NOT A BLOCK PAGE!
