Einstein Moment #2: If the above seem important on reading, then consider that a totally different language is something like the written form, where writing isn't bad... until it's whatever the other person mean more than you.
So English for those in control more than anything is a language you think works in some way but overall doesn't if the way the words are used are different and just another way to think there is some understanding coming from total domination style people from a-kind-of insignificant mainland oppressing the others around it (England, Britain, British Isles, 'United Kingdom... expansion of empire ruling more than half the world at some point!)...
so English does work for THEM when it's whatever they mean and use the language as.
