From my experience with people being online but not interested in talking...

Add a signal or a bar or flag or something that shows people who are 100% definitely not interested in talking...

Here is a list for inspiration for:
- emoji icon
- or flag
- or something like a volume level visual for how hot an account is to talk and ACTUAL DO SOCIAL!...

otherwise text or drop down category / profile options like this:

-This account is mostly output only

-This account is mostly announce although we say a lot like Aral Balkan... but I/we don't reply to your advances AT ALL

- I don't care for debate at all

- -This account is for show, authors are not really interested / have put aside time to maintain account

- This account is not really interactive despite is being able to be

(of course I assume there are many other things possible and reasons)

But generally speaking if you're account is not really interested or dedicated to chatting online,...
LET PEOPLE KNOW FROM START!!
