What is TL;DR - A Series of Habits

e.g. Lack of self-motivation
e.g. Lack of self-direction
e.g. Not seeing the point / sticking to themself / "I'm OK Jack"
e.g. Not finding interesting points of relativity (between others or subjects)

@freeschool I think it's important to write to both those who only want to see a quick summary, and write the long-form well thought out version. I do longform first, then copy key sentences to a TLDR version, and post both: longform on Wordpress, TLDR on Mastodon and Twitter. "what does my audience need?" has many (sometimes opposite) answers.

CHAINS OF THINGS ARE COMPLEX

it's good to have TLDR version - also I come to realise the level of focus or willpower people have isn't about a certain level so I could take this as a more positive initial test without expecting too much or looking down on anyone either. Thanks more tips welcome but at the end also the complex or tge chains of things are always longer (relativity is linjed) so TLDR is fine as a kind of chance or even bait for attention but there are people whose day is more drilling for this kind of "I must solve it as my life depends on it!"... so I guess I'm a driller or digger :) how about you ?

@freeschool I'm more of a ponderer, trying to understand what stands behind things that happen in our society. I will think about certain things for months or years, sometimes, before unlocking the mystery of it. I like simplifying things, and explaining things. But I have to know what I'm talking about or it doesn't work for anyone including me. I like that you're a driller/digger, or researcher. It's nice when you can do it at your leisure instead of impending deadlines.
