If you can believe people are useful without them actually being useful to you directly... this makes for some benefits:

█ better feelings towards others - less conditional
█ doesn't assume you need to know right away - gives time
█ doesn't box people into government regulated terms of 'jobs'
█ allows communication more open or present or free flowing, not just based on what they can do for you in business sense or "what do you" as the forefront
█ Even might avoid comparison or conflict at first

I accept knowing is good or not a bad thing, but the order of doing things can be more healthy or human as it's limiting in it's own way.

█ Even let's them share in their own time (unless both of you say little in which case ask if they don't mind !)
