I have found those with "no time" to talk are often those unwilling to go a bit of distance and really over-choosing the short distance stuff and literally ignoring the long.
(my problem with this is when it's only ignored or mono traffic expected (and not declared or said in bio) and almost censoring or blocking people's longer text).
To say how I feel - it's almost fascistic. I might say that without going too much further- just to show it cuts long talk like authority would not acknowledge it and so no space to grow much. Do people think they can solve things with computers or sort text only? I guess so. Anyone who expects perfection is what fascism is similar in mentioning as that tries to aim for sterilising things in many similar 'short' way of pretending to communicate!)
So without fascism being the main thing at all I just mean.... Try not SMS type stuff only for those that always do...

The lack of depth and perhaps a bit more upper class of the same 'shit how' we see of others on Twitter is what I experience sometimes and even from those claiming unity or education or whatever which would naturally suggest always longer talk or reaching /some kind/ of understanding to say how it works for each person (rather than ignore them 
●2● "Short Message Syndrome" is another phrase I coin, perhaps referencing SMS (Short message service) from the mobile days where anything more is just too much of a crisis to handle to receive. Like "oh god you sent me a story related to what I was talking about in my life and "how can life be related to more thing?" - "I don't know what to do but ignore or say I'm disgusted by your Wall of Text"

I made these two terms up but sure it exist as a form of lack of depth / laziness / missing training / lack of seeing point in relational things in humanity... by people who expect only short perfect things - or expect life to work or be repaired without MANY things fucked up being sorted out - especially from a history of people shirking responsibility or expecting perfect talk from the normal trauma of life we're all trying to work out, even without previous history.
