Saying you might have a disease might help some people understand you better.... examples

Reading other people's bio can help find yourself and similarities..,
and then write your own bio better...

So when I read this below, I thought maybe adding similar to my profile will help people understand me or not take offence. Because...

"I (probably) have Asperger's syndrome, so maybe be prepared for my autism to show through."

(spelling adjusted, original below)

I think it's a good way to say *FOR OTHER PEOPLE* what type of person I am because they will understand it better (so maybe I will add this even though I'm not sure if I have disease more than disEASE or naturally some speed comforts others don't have.

AUTISM as a short way of saying 'I'M ACTIVE / I LEARN A LOT" ?

So even though I have measurably more of an ability (E.G. to be more sensitive in healthy way) and measurably I'm XYZ by my posts (if you look) then still for others it might be better to say in short "I'm autistic" when I'm not diagnosed etc...

Because people can think better of people over the internet who have a disease rather than trying to explain the micro-detail (getting to know you instead of expecting a one-liner of "I'm an xyz person" or that you are simply faster and more humanly aware than most (this might seem competitive / aggressive to say you feel they are not upto to your speed.

Even I even feel that in the writing something like that above or writing "I'm faster than most people" or "I can reply faster and have more time for it" then conflict can happen or be created even though you didn't mean for it in saying "I think I'm faster".

Tough crowd sometimes and not always the performers fault that the crowd don't clap / perform so well.
