Staying hungry / Starving myself / Warm Flavoured liquids are my diet

I can help simple processes that are like normal eating but more economising... without big jump,

Just put things there and drink mostly everything (eat solids afer cooking/milking/diluting)

In water form is good for body too and keeps warm / hydrated / good recovery.

⚠️ Not Buying luxury food is the best form of activism I can think of.

Hungry still when you have food...
Make it last as your protest against supermarkets / kindness to Earth.

Why? You do it on your own terms, it's kinder to environment and makes everything last
(reflects also Zizek's "No Way Out" about multiculturalism to our own detriment.

Take food when you really feel and be grateful. Lots of the same good is better sometimes- Potato mainly everywhere in the world.

Essentially only buy these most basic food, mainly:
█Potato
█Salt and pepper for above
then be grateful for
█Bread (old / heavily discounted, dumpster)
█Honey (make friends with bee-keeper),
█Veg (old / heavily discounted, dumpster)

█Spreads / Sauces that last and just give taste to above list

█Leftovers (find from people / encourage contact like a form of Christianity / helping people)

█Rice (not best but if you have a stove that's your heater you can drink water from it / milk rice and then eat it / drink solids)

█ Peanuts - also small and help pass the time, salty
Things that chew or crunch as a psychological help too getting though and working on your life.

█ Mungo beans (sprout in sunlight), Any dry / cheap beans (need cooking but cheaper)

█ Big pot for constantly filling with water and drinking (not eating solids until you feel it's time)

█ Fruit, sweetcorn, oats / oat flakes, cucumbers in jars / pickles...

Everything old / heavily discounted, dumpster, milk / dilute everything... find what you naturally can eat and make last

⚠️ Not buying into bullshit like chocolate - use any sugar in tea, warm liquid instead. ☑️
