What would you do if you found out that "Your Neighbour Kills Puppies"?
Tom Harris, activist, author and artist, has just published a book about just that - the untold story of the SHAC campaign. He joins me for Sentientism episode 190 on YouTube and podcast.

@Sentientism There's a common problem in rural villages where too many cats are born and a story of grannies regularly killing them / culling them... I wonder what the answer is to that as I don't think letting them live / finding a place full of cats already is workable or should be.
@Sentientism yeah it's hard to control in places so people take it upon themselves which I understand.
Maybe seems harsh to say but it's DIY at least.
Kind of like eating bigger rats (or whatever they are called in America) as a solution to at least use the excess meat.
The vet ways are often money-makers, less accessible or just plain too expensive / extra per cat... find a nice way to let them go perhaps a natural gas or something... seems harsh to say but 'breeding like cats' I think is a term well put...
