Makes sense for thinking about things like Democratic Confederalism which I think I too came across a few times...

but thinking now about not waiting for any system is a bar for people who can do things without system or even not wait for enemy and prepare now... taking principles and working from that...

I'm personally waiting a person like me like my "double" to work with them - and hope we don't trip on any of the imperfections / weakness and continue ⬅️ (so that's my offer to you now- jump into audio chat and get to doing this infinite conversation - whenever we want).

Groups are often not ready either or full of fresh individuals and importantly group organisers not interested in their own reform sometimes so I'm also looking for people willing to accept being checkmated politely and bowing to me (to the principle really since people are the conduit that things pass through) and we believe in people (measured too) eventually for their skills or reasoning)
