@CSB if you're going to talk shit about me after our private discussion, do you want me to post all of our DM thread in public and have a vote?

There are some conditions:

1: The vote will last 3 days.
2: I will query the DB and filter out non-NAS votes.

@CSB DM'd me and said yes as long as I don't include "Derogatory words like 'retard'".

However, he said that he doesn't agree with me posting the DM thread I had with him in public "ABSOLUTELY NOT".

Personally, I feel that it is necessary context for people to make an informed vote and find the conditional acceptance of NOT publishing it to be a way of saying "Noooooooo!" without saying "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

I've also had minor problems with some of those mentioned here (not all so it might not be you)

ironically including the server guy who I think could also get votes or public feedback about any negativity more on record;

because asking someone questions doesn't mean I'm a corporate journalist(!) or give anyone the right to clutch at straws or start off any contact like that... Just not a good way to go about such things. But who care right or just let 100's of these interactions slip and continue as a pattern. I would hope not so that's why I write.

Giving the right feelings here is important especially those 'maintaining' it to some level!

Usually computer-orientated people suffer but I can see planting and nature-related stuff in their profile so I know it's not a typical "i-like-computers-only-go-away!" person.

So I'm leaving my note that a lot of ill-will comes from almost nothing and this not-trusting or saying things without evidence or not even taking time to listen / ask / or even read people's bio (which I've reduced now as it was long but not even reading 1 paragraph is "the crime" for me or self-crime towards hypocrisy making for a potential shit-show itself - basically #1 problem is laziness in anything long + self-doubt and breaking everything by yourself from having bad form / bad ingredients. It was enough just to suggest a different software or ask some questions to get bad things back, I don't know why but it had been close to banning/blocking/muting and dismissing NA but I'm holding out a bit.

So as well as some normal conversation and good times it can be like talking to Jeckle and Hyde personalities, nice/fun on one side but then at anytime can flip to doubts without basis - self-created stuff...

2 of 3 mentioned are encouraging badness by either language (swearing, calling names, ad-hominem) or just not encouraging friendship asking like being NA fan or asking something about it in similar light. People what to contribute something good and now reconsidering it after these things.

Being a server guy might mean you can say anything you want, and though I don't think this is the case now, this post does make me think "yeah it's good he's open about it... how about I get some justice too about asking if I'm a corporate journalist, not reading any of my bio and then not replying" ! Oh yeah calling me AI bot- I'm wft happened that people are so low in humanism or human - isms like contact?

I would want to balance how good-will innocnent anonymous random people can suffer less these early write-off by people, short-only styles of reading and writing, and basically the recipes for more of the perpetual same short-loops and circular thinking.

I know this isn't all on NA as a show but it does have it's affect or a goal could be see as "friendship with all towards uniting the world a bit better" or is it just "shit-shows makes a show at least" (there is a line or movement someone there might be wanting to cultivate)

Looking at people's profile the next day - another argument, name-calling like the skill of people went out the window...

It's like the light or hope goes to dark when people turn their back like a bad "first response" in a shop, yeah easy to say "well don't come back" or "you don't have to buy from here" but it's the culture we are cultivating right?

Any server guy is maybe more responsible than any of the satellite people (server guys perhaps don't represent NA at all?) so I admit he can say whatever personally so it doesn't have to reflect NA but I guess there might be a line somewhere,.. that is what we all contribute to a kind of 'good' feeling / vibe. If you're for the opposite, declare it / put in bio please!

Overall people who don't encourage friendship I think need to be pulled up somewhere down the line or movement, like in the post about voting but more moderated talk / meeting because the viewers or audiences might not be educated enough to vote with logic (as ≠ @amerika says in post https://annihilation.social/objects/4c8a608c-6af8-411a-8b39-9fc3979bbb2f) so "tards" voting is the best way but something from real caring people needs to be done else have people chase after their own tales with accusations and creating such feelings that ripple out from literally people being less interested in healing and more interested in allowing wasted time (not for everything but long-term / bigger arguments I mean).

Those not interested in relationships on any level, don't have to reply or worry about this stuff, you take the easy road. It's only for those that care a bit and like the high road towards real culture or justice (same as the outside world is reflected in the inside of NA it seems).

I simply hope it's simply taken onboard more personally and consciously what is said to each other and no need spread the shit as there is enough of it.
There are people that are deliberate and even asking for respect and be moderated - give it to them and straighten things out.

Agree, debating like some kind of Oxford debate would be good.

I'd say using text by the people / fediverse also as notes or guide to consider by those involved - to take prepared points and give copy to moderator (doesn't have to be public or can be later) so moderator can have points and run down the list... mentioning it - getting a Yes/No/Explain this and then moving on down points to get through it all (and maybe revisit anything unclear) and moderator to see the tension points and make their own way though it a bit / help the two.

I should be moderator basically or help the moderators :) A moderator meeting first! But basic prepared audio debate would work :¬D
