People might call things many different words and this can be the first mistake. So the first thing you hear or say is often NOT the whole story, of whole truth from whoever uses or hears the words.

Misunderstanding Meanings.
Language, Synonyms Etymology etc...

There's always more relativity since many things are related either to other things or to Mankind creating it - but it needs more words to support each.
