Question: How to keep multi-cultural things going without looking at the bad all the time?)
We need something of a way that allows problems to be overlooked but people aren't going to cheat us (and people who are not doing to overlook those that cheat us unless really "for the greater good").
Somehow to feel we are united...
even though everyone is different 
❓ (And bit of a paradox perhaps)
But any ideas on how to keep multi-cultural things going without looking at the bad all the time and what works towards being united in some sense?)
